Returns & refunds
What if I don't like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within seven days of delivery for a refund. Simply send an email to email@example.com with a brief explanation. We answer emails within a maximum of two working days. We will then contact you regarding next steps. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives?
We take great care in producing and delivering your products, so damage is rare. But if the product has been damaged, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery, with a couple of photos of the damage. We will assess the damage and, if approved, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a refund or order you a replacement.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is despatched. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. If your item has already been despatched from our warehouse then we'll only be able to refund the price of the furniture and not the delivery charge.
How long will my refund take?
We'll issue the refund straight away and your account should be credited within ten working days, depending on how you paid. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
Can I change my existing order?
If you want to change your order, send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make sure you're happy with your purchases.
